I'm Moira, a recent graduate who majored in Southeast Asian Studies at De La Salle University. I have been a consistent First Honors Dean's Lister in all my terms at DLSU, with honors in Magna Cum Laude, and a member of the Jose Rizal Honors Society. Throughout being a university student, I have taken the initiative in being a leader for various group works and projects. By having the responsibility of a leader, I have learned the importance of being firm and determined to carry out the tasks of every group member. At the same time, I believe in bringing out the best in everyone through supporting and motivating each individual in the team.
More importantly, the interdisciplinary approach of my course has taught me to be well-trained in the topics I research, as well as the skills I have developed over the years in learning more about Southeast Asia. This became useful when I became a Junior Analyst Intern for the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines, as I used my knowledge and skillset in my internship doing strategic and operational missions supporting Team France Export.
